Duties and Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects; meet periodically to uncover their needs
- Collaborate with company managers and service personnel to develop pricing estimates for maintenance services; ensure minimum profitability targets and accuracy of estimates
- Generate detailed, professional proposals outlining scope of work, exclusions, pricing, and terms
- Meet with prospective customers to review cost analysis to evaluate their current costs of operation versus the company’s maintenance agreement offering; and present customer proposals
- Assist with service agreement negotiation and work towards execution
- Accurately assess selling situations; uncover and overcome objections; drive sales to a yes or no decision
- After closing sales, participate in maintenance program hand-off meetings with service department personnel; and participate in kick-off meetings with customers, as needed
- Participate in on-going personal development and sales trainings
- Achieve annual sales and gross margin targets; manage and grow assigned territory
- Maintain up-to-date, real-time Lead and Opportunity data in Salesforce CRM platform to track and document all ongoing sales opportunities
- Build and maintain professional networks; represent the company at industry/trade association events company sponsored trade shows, and other public relations events
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in prospecting and outside sales

Summary:
The role of Controls Engineer combines technical skills to design, document, and/or program building automation systems (BASs) in compliance with project plans and specifications. Proactive communication with all internal and external stakeholders for requests for information (RFIs) and risk assessment is imperative.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Documentation of the BAS design (i.e. submittals) and revision control of the resultant documents
- Site-specific configuration of the Siemens Product Line
- Programming of control algorithms including those that include third-party integration
- Development of graphical interfaces for building automation systems

Summary:
The role of Controls Specialist is to provide expertise and knowledge throughout the system or service project lifecycle on customer sites. As a Controls Specialist, you will track, start-up, and commission projects, and will be the customer interface for all technical requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attending project kick-off meetings to gain knowledge of the sales estimate and project scope
- Possess a strong understanding of the operation and control of mechanical equipment and their control sequences
- Possess computer and networking skills to properly maintain their laptops and mobile devices

The candidate should have ample familiarity in estimating Mechanical / Plumbing / HVAC projects for commercial and industrial facilities, including piping, sheet metal, chilled water systems, boiler plants (hot water and steam systems), packaged rooftop equipment, VAV systems, VRF systems, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in the search and selection of project opportunities for bidding
- Attend pre-bid meetings; and review plans and specifications for competitive environment and determine scope of work and required contents of estimate
- Develop and provide complete, accurate and timely detailed estimates representing a projects mechanical system costs, associated general conditions, and required overhead and profit
- Apply labor factors, establish general conditions and define site logistics cost components into the overall estimate cost basis
- Use Quick Pen Auto Bid Mechanical Estimating software to do quantified take-offs in a hard bid environment
- Provide estimating support for not only plan/spec, but also design assist, and design-build delivery methods
- Solicit subcontractor bids and vendor quotes / Locate, notify and send bid information to subcontractors and vendors for quotations on outsourced work
- Evaluate bids of subcontractors and vendors for completeness of scope of work, schedule, compliance with specifications, and other bid requirements. Negotiate pricing
- Perform layout and sizing of duct work, piping, and plumbing systems as required to provide a complete system for estimating purposes when documents are not complete
- Ensure accuracy of estimates
- Compile and finalize the estimate within time deadline and participate in team reviews with management prior to bid day
- Develop the scope of work narrative and generate proposal documents; structure estimates and set up fee models to support the unique project RFP language, defining costs components accordingly
- Recommend value engineering cost saving items where appropriate. Prepare value engineering analysis in anticipation of the customer’s best interest
- Develop strong relationships with clients, general contractors, vendors and suppliers
- Lead and/or participate in discussions and meetings with owner, general contractor, architect, engineers, subcontractors, vendors and management
- Provide timely constructive feedback to direct supervisor regarding project bid status, risks and concerns

Duties and Responsibilities:
